Aliza Vellani bio

Aliza Vellani (born in British Columbia) is a Canadian television and film actress. Her most recent appearance was in the role of Rani Singh on the Netflix show Sweet Tooth. Aliza is a Vancouver-based actor who has more than 10 years of experience, both in Canada and the United States. Vellani has worked on the cult show Little Mosque on the Prairie(CBC), The X-Files (FOX) and Marvel's Super Hero Adventures(Disneyand). Nora Allen Allen was the daughter of Barry Allen and Iris West Allen during the time of Central City, between 2019 and the year 2020. Nora Allen was her paternal grandmother. Barry vanished in 2024 after fighting Reverse-Flash, and was never seen again. Nora was raised by Nora's mother. Vellani's parents are Indians and emigrated from East Africa. She was born at Vancouver. As a student at York House School, she began her studies early. Vellani received the BC and National Istar Awards of Arts and Culture for 2007 and the year 2008. Following high school, Vellani pursued her studies in acting voice and dance. The mid-season finale of The Flash revealed that Nora was in league along with Eobard Thayne, a character known as the Reverse Flash behind their mother's back. Vellani was supposed to study integrated media at OCAD U, but she postponed those plans to play the role. Marvel eventually became her education. She shared her Atlanta apartment with other characters from the group.
